UPDATED:

The Inland area was drenched by the storm that rolled into Southern California on Sunday night, Feb. 4, and continued all of Monday, Feb. 5.

Usually small creeks and rivers in the area became swollen by mountain runoff water and forced multiple swift-water rescues by fire departments. Normal tasks such as walking to the store became treacherous as streets flooded.
