Diana D. Rigney Sepulveda OBITUARY

Diana D. Rigney Sepulveda passed away at the age of 64 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Santa Rosa, CA, she spent most of her life in Southern California and graduated from San Marino High School in 1977. When she wasn’t busy with her life-long career as an accountant, she spent her time gardening, reading, and exploring the outdoors. She loved camping with her family, road trips to national parks and forests, and above all, walking on the beach. She loved all animals: she always had a treat ready for all the neighborhood dogs, befriended local wild birds in the backyard, regularly helped her good friend with “cat spa” days, and spoiled any pet her daughter ever brought home (including a guinea pig, bearded dragon, and cat). Diana was an avid reader – you would never find her anywhere without her Kindle in hand, reading any chance she got! Diana is survived by her husband Tony Sepulveda (Lake Forest, CA); her daughter Ariel Rigney (Portland, OR); her sister Carol Shestag (Seattle, WA); and her wonderful extended Sepulveda family. She was preceded in death by her parents Ulysses (Buck) and Elizabeth (Betsy) Buchanan. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Diana’s name to the Doheny State Beach Foundation. https://www.mccormickandson.com/obituary/diana-rigney
