Jimmy G. Hartshorn passed away on April 17, 2024. He was born in the fall and grew up in the Farming Community of Corona, today known as Eastvale, California. Jimmy enjoyed his family farm with his parents and 3 sisters. He helped his parents create and develop the family business “Hartshorn TV & Appliance”. Jimmy is survived by his sisters Estella Verdouw, Ruby Farnsworth, and Margarita Kane and seven nieces and nephews. He held a masters in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. His natural calling as a counselor gave him the natural ability to help anyone in need. Jimmy was a volunteer with the “Freedom to Choose Project” which counseled individuals in our state prison system. He was a member of the Crossroads Christian Church in Corona.He was also known for his storytelling of life events and counseled those who asked for help. He was known as the “Talking doctor”A memorial service will be held in his honor on May 25, 2024, at 11:00 AM at the Crossroads Christian Church in Corona, 2331 Kellogg Ave., Corona CA 92881. His memory and name will always be a blessing to his family and his friends who knew and loved him.
